Welcome to EdgeAIHost services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and EdgeAIHost regarding the use of our multimodal RAG platform services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

EdgeAIHost provides edge computing-based multimodal Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) services, including but not limited to:

• Vector storage for text, images, and documents
• Semantic search and similarity retrieval
• API interfaces and SDK access
• Data analytics and monitoring features

3. Account Registration

Using our services requires account registration. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Protect account security and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property or other rights of others
• Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
• Interfering with or disrupting normal service operations
• Unauthorized access to systems or data

5. Fees and Payment

Some services require payment. Regarding fees:

• Prices are as published on the official website
• Fees are billed monthly or annually
• Usage exceeding quotas is billed at tiered pricing
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights to EdgeAIHost services and related technology, trademarks, and content belong to us. The intellectual property rights to content you upload remain yours, but you grant us a license to process such content to provide services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons, and will try to provide advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeAIHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Violation of terms may result in immediate account termination. Upon termination, your right to use services will immediately cease, but certain terms will continue to apply.
